This Privacy Policy applies to services provided by Taewool Austin Inc., doing business as Collaverse, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xiverse, Inc. (Republic of Korea). 3.1 Use of AI and Machine Learning Data
  • Your interactions with our Services may contribute to the training of AI features.
3.1.1 Data Minimization and Anonymization
  • All data used for AI training is anonymized or pseudonymized to prevent identification. This processing aligns with industry standards and applicable data privacy laws.
3.1.2 User Control and Opt-Out

3.1.3 Model Persistence Limitation
  • Once anonymized data is incorporated into AI models, it may not be removable due to technical constraints. However, such data is non-identifiable and cannot be traced back to an individual.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only under the following conditions:
  • Affiliates: We may share your data with Xiverse, Inc. (parent company) and its affiliates, including Taewool Korea, for operational, administrative, and compliance purposes.
  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors (e.g., cloud providers, payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: In response to subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory obligations.
  • Business Transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption, access controls, secure development protocols, and periodic audits. However, no system is entirely immune to risks. We recommend users also take precautions to protect their data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy or as required by law. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research and model training, provided it cannot be used to re-identify individuals.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside of your home country, including in the United States and Korea. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable legal safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) where necessary.

8. AI Data Lifecycle

8.1 Anonymization and De-identification
  • Anonymization refers to the irreversible removal of personal identifiers. De-identified data reduces identifiability but may retain analytical utility. Data used in AI models is anonymized to the extent possible.
8.2 Time Limits for Retention
  • Original data is retained for up to one (1) year after collection. After that period, it is deleted or anonymized. Data incorporated into AI models may persist in non-identifiable form.
8.3 AI Model Data Limitations
  • Data already trained into AI models cannot be removed, but it cannot be used to identify individuals.

9. Withdrawal of Consent and Deletion

You may request:
  • Withdrawal of consent for processing (including AI usage)
  • Deletion of original personal data (subject to legal exceptions)
  • To exercise your rights, contact: support@collaverse.com. Data already embedded into AI models will remain non-identifiable.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have:
  • Right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Right to object to or restrict processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to withdraw consent
  • We respond to all requests within the time limits prescribed by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, we will promptly delete such data.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced on our website or via email. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
