Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Collaverse website (the “Site”) and its associated services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site or Services.

The Site and Services are operated by Taewool Austin Inc., doing business as Collaverse, a U.S.-based subsidiary of Xiverse, Inc. (Republic of Korea). “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Taewool Austin Inc. throughout these Terms.

1. Scope and Modifications

These Terms apply to all users of the Site and Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they become effective, either via website notice or email. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain Services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.
  • If you are a minor under local law, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate account access at our discretion.

Any software provided via the Site ("Software") is licensed, not sold. Use of Software is subject to:

  • If no license is provided, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal use only.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Software.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or exploit the Software commercially.

Export restrictions apply per U.S. export laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Xiverse, Inc. or its licensors. "Collaverse" is a trademark of Taewool Austin Inc., used under license from Xiverse, Inc.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Site or Services without prior written consent.

7. AI Features and Disclaimers

Some Services may incorporate artificial intelligence features. AI-generated results are provided "as-is" and are not guaranteed to be accurate, reliable, or complete.
You are solely responsible for verifying AI-based outputs. We disclaim liability for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Availability, Maintenance, and Trial Use

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Trial versions may have limited features or time periods. Data from trial accounts may not be retained.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

As a U.S. entity, Taewool Austin Inc. may share data with affiliated companies, including Xiverse, Inc., for legitimate business purposes.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, administered by a mutually agreed arbitration provider. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
  • Notices: Legal notices may be delivered via email or through the Site.
